We price according to conformation, color, markings, parti colors, solids, size, and above all, health & quality!

***At the breeders discretion; As each pup matures the pricing may change to reflect the color and quality. However, once a buyer has made a deposit, the price will not change. You must be pre-approved to purchase a puppy from me. I am very choosy about where they go!

All pups are sold on a first come first serve basis, as long as they are approved homes.

Purchase Requirements

A signed and dated contract with all requirements being fulfilled as specifically stated on the contract otherwise, contract is null and void. Meaning puppy or adult remains mine.

* Non-refundable deposit is: 1/2 the purchase price ~ due within 3 days of signing purchase contract (no exceptions)

You have 3 days (exactly 72 hrs) to cancel contract (No Exceptions)

Legal Proof of who you are is required. (No Exceptions)

I'm not selling non living items, I'm am selling Quality Purebred AKC Shih Tzu's - living companion animals and they deserve the absolute best.

* Acceptable forms of payment are as follow:

Pay Pal - 3.5% fee to use Pay Pal
Credit Cards via Pay Pal
Electronic checks via Pay Pal
US Postal Money Order - only post office money order and none other
Checks from major banks only and none other

No other forms of payments will be accepted

* At least one phone call to me must be made prior to purchasing any of my puppies

* A signed and dated purchase contract including: Information below is requested by the AKC for record management, my vet and the airlines for shipping purposes

Nation Wide shipping is an additional cost of $350.00 to ship.

International shipping is more. Call for details

I can ship Internationally as long as all conditions are met 2 weeks in advance.

If interested in International Shipping you must apply for a permit through your countries Agriculture Department. There are many requirements that must be met in order to ship a puppy into a different country. The permit that you will apply for will state what requirements must be made. You will need to fax me the permit once you receive it. Call 716-992-3713 to find out all of the important details including the fax number to send the permit to.
